Preparing bottles
The bottles used to create the ottoman must be whole and the same size. There must be at least 20 of them. For greater stability, a little sand is poured into the container.
So that the chair does not creak when they sit on it, each bottle is wrapped in newspaper, which is fixed with tape.

To fasten the elements start from the middle. On a flat surface, the bottles are attached and tied to each other with tape in a circle. It is also permissible to first connect the parts in two or three pieces, after which the product itself is made up of several such blocks.
Above and below the bottle base, double-layer cardboard circles or other shaped parts are glued with tape. The product is wound with tape cross-to-cross. It is permissible to use plywood, fiberboard, but a jigsaw is required to cut them.
To make a high, most durable chair, half of the bottles intended for production are cut in half. Into the resulting halves, necks down, insert whole containers.
We make upholstery
Foam rubber is usually used for upholstery - it is fixed with threads, tape, and a construction stapler. The soft material is attached from all sides except the bottom.
After that it is covered with textiles - for this, the chair is measured, a pattern is drawn, and it is transferred to the fabric. The outer, decorative cover can be made of any furniture fabric, knitted or using the patchwork technique.
A zipper is sewn into the resulting fabric product along the bottom edge, any other fastener is made so that the cover can be conveniently removed, washed or replaced with another.
Advice: instead of fabric, to create a cover, it is permissible to use leather, leatherette, natural silt, artificial fur.

Decorate the finished product with textile flowers and bows, beads and pompoms, bright patches and pockets, buttons and butterfly brooches, fringes and tassels, colored cords and small soft toys.
Fabric "handles" are attached to the ottoman so that it can be easily transported from place to place, taken with you to nature. Braiding the product with a vine, newspaper tubes is also a great decor idea. Sometimes the necks of the bottles are not masked with cardboard, but left open - a construction with legs is obtained.
