Features of the floor detergent
Cleanliness is the key to health! This phrase is known to everyone. Therefore, you should carefully consider the choice of detergent for the floor.
Parquet
Parquet is considered a premium flooring. It is varnished to ensure durability and durability. As well as an aesthetic appearance. This floor should be treated with particular care and attention. First of all, remember that the parquet is not washed with a wet, but only with a damp cloth.
We wipe the floors no more than once a week. And after the water procedures for the parquet are completed, we rub the surface with a special compound - mastic. To improve the overall appearance of the parquet, add a few drops of glycerin to the water. If there are stains on the floor, they can be removed with a cotton pad dipped in ammonia.
Linoleum
It is difficult to imagine a more common floor covering. This popularity is explained very simply: durability, practicality, durability, aesthetic appeal, unpretentious care and affordability.
But even linoleum has certain "requirements" for detergents and cleaners. In particular, such a coating is not recommended to be washed with coarse abrasive products. As a rule, such powders contain small particles of sand or pumice, and you risk damaging the surface of linoleum and leaving scratches on it. It is best to wash the linoleum with a soft cloth (microfiber, for example), and warm water with the addition of any detergent (Glorix, Sanfor, Mr. Proper, Bagi, etc.).
It is recommended to rub linoleum with linseed or sunflower oil once a month. This will make the coating elastic and soft and prevent brittleness.
Laminate
Another coverage option that is in demand. It is appreciated for its aesthetic appearance and durability. The only caveat: after washing, whitish stains often remain on the surface.
To prevent this from happening, it is recommended to use detergents designed for laminate flooring, such as Ludwik, Tytan, Loba, Oro. These substances have a gel-like consistency and are highly soluble in water. If you don't have a special tool at hand, you can use a regular shampoo, liquid soap or liquid washing powder.
Laminate perfectly "tolerates" high temperatures. So feel free to pour water into a bucket or bowl and add detergent. And a little trick: add 9% vinegar to the bucket, it is he who will save you from unpleasant stains.
If the laminate flooring is very dirty, whip up the lather and apply it to the stain (only a frothy head!). Leave the lather on for about 10 minutes and then wash off. Laminate withstands up to 3 damp cleaning a week with dignity.
Tile
Ceramic tiles are rightfully considered the most unpretentious coating. It can be washed daily. The ideal detergent for cleaning tiles is ordinary laundry soap - it is rubbed on a grater and dissolved in water. Modern gadgets are also indispensable for cleaning tiles. Feel free to use a washing vacuum cleaner or steam cleaner.
If the tile floor is very dirty, then rinse it with warm water with the addition of laundry soap or washing powder, change the water, and run with a damp cloth again, removing the remaining detergent.
Well, in cases where you need not just rinse, but disinfect the surface, use special products: Glorix, Mr. Proper. Most often, manufacturers recommend using one cap of the product per liter of water. Such substances are also convenient in that they do not require rinsing. After cleaning, you just need to ventilate the room.
Wooden floor
The wooden floor can be painted or unpainted. If the floor is covered with varnish or paint, it is recommended to wash it in the same way as parquet boards. And to make the surface shine, after washing it is rubbed with a solution of alcohol and vegetable oil. You can use ammonia and vinegar. In the latter case, be sure to take precautions: work with gloves and a mask so as not to inhale harmful vapors.
If you need to rinse an unpainted floor, then remember that such surfaces are "afraid" of hot water. Cleaning should be done with lukewarm water with the addition of liquid products. After mopping the floor, take a stiff-bristled mop and run it over the surface, brushing it down.
Floor cleaning recommendations
It just seems that there are no tricks in the process of cleaning the floor. By following simple tips, you will be able to clean faster, with less physical effort, and with better results.

- Before cleaning the floor, clean it of debris, dirt and dust. This can be done either with a vacuum cleaner or with a broom dipped in water. Move in the direction from the far corner to the door.
- The floors are also washed from the far corner, wetting and wringing out the rag (mop) as needed.

Choose one that will reach your armpits (as well as ski poles). Cleaning with this type of mop will be more comfortable. If the mop has a replaceable nozzle, do not forget to wash it, and get rid of worn-out nozzles without regret - with them the cleaning process will turn into torment.
